Compensation: $16.54 per hour Compensation Type: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Regular Grade: Position Summary This position is responsible for participating in the maintenance of college buildings, facilities, and equipment. MAJOR DUTIES · Repairs, maintains and makes alterations to facilities, furniture and equipment. · Replaces lighting bulbs. · Plans and executes the moving of furniture and equipment; installs and reconfigures modular furniture. · Replaces ceiling tiles and grid. · Installs and repairs campus signage. · Operates equipment such as a loader, forklift or backhoe. · Repairs roofs. · Installs luminarias for annual display. · Provides traffic control for major events. · Oversees work performed by temporary help and service support contractors. · Performs related duties.
