Job Title: EMEA Billing Manager: Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid: 2 days in-office) About the role: We are looking for an experienced EMEA Billing Manager to lead our regional Billing function within Finance Business Services. This is a key leadership role accountable for the accurate, timely and compliant generation of invoices and credit notes across an assigned EMEA portfolio. You will play a critical part in protecting revenue, supporting cash flow, reducing billing defects and enhancing client experience through strong governance and quality control. Reporting to the OTC Tower Lead, you will lead and develop EMEA Billing Team Leaders, drive KPI performance, and partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections and Master Data to ensure billing excellence across the region.
