WHAT WE DO: Worldwide Recovery Systems in Pomona is a long standing waste management and recycling company, now part of Crystal Clean, providing environmental services, waste remediation, and transportation of waste materials. We are experiencing rapid growth and looking for a positive and energetic person to join our family. We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager at our Pomona, California facility. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner. - Manage the day-to-day activities of field employees for planned projects to ensure objectives are achieved. - Develop work plans and coordinate with the Dispatcher in the allocation of manpower, equipment and other resources needed. - Perform job walks to ensure safety protocols are in place and being followed, provide training to field employees and monitor the progress and quality of work. - Plan proactive approaches to overcome challenges or issues that could arise throughout a project or emergency response action. - Diagnose and solve issues quickly and efficiently. - Communicate with Operations Manager, Project Manager...
