Though this position is primarily remote, it does require the RN Case Manager to be in the field 1-2 days per week in an assigned territory. Coverage includes the Elk Grove, CA and surrounding areas. Territory assignments may change cased on business needs. Schedule : Monday - Friday: Flexibility is required to accommodate patient needs and nephrology partner availability.
