Please note this role requires regular travel to various sites surrounding Norwich. Founded over 20 years, Lawtech have become a leading principal contractor specialising in cladding remediation. We deliver high-quality, compliant, multi-million-pound cladding repatriations & regeneration contracts throughout London and the wider Southeast. Overall purpose of the role: - Create drawings, using relevant specifications, where Lawtech design is applicable. - Go to site and site office (3-4 days per week) and take surveys, complete photos in order to create drawings. - Liaise with Estimating, at construction stage, Commercial and Site management and other relevant departments throughout the life of the project as required to track design and quality issues. - Liaise with manufacturers, external structural engineers and architects, as required.
