Technical Architect - Salesforce Federal Delivery Location: Remote (US-based, DC Metro Area preferred). In-person expectations include visits with customers, Salesforce offices, and Thunder offices in Tysons Corner, VA. Employment Type: This is a contingent role based upon a successful bid award. Role Summary: The Federal Technical Architect is a hands-on technical leader responsible for the comprehensive design, development, and governance of high-impact digital transformation solutions. This role bridges the gap between traditional Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and the modern AI era, utilizing OmniStudio, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Working with Solution Architects, you will lead the architectural strategy for Agentforce, implementing autonomous AI agents to streamline Federal service delivery. As the ultimate owner of technical quality, you ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with Federal mandates (FISMA, FedRAMP, Section 508).
