Overview As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for students, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our accommodation. You will handle student queries, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to maintaining a positive living environment. This vacancy is full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Resident Support - Be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, providing a friendly and professional service. - Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a prompt and helpful resolution. - Assist with student move-ins and move-outs, including check-in/check-out processes and room inspections. - Support students with accommodation-related issues, escalating any concerns as necessary. - Organise and participate in community events to enhance the student experience.
