Job Description Guest Services Team Members serve as event hosts for our guests at all home athletic events and at special events hosted by the Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt Athletics Department. Our mission is to train and empower our team members to ensure that every single attendee enjoys their visit no matter which team they are cheering on. At Vanderbilt Athletics, we believe that each of our Guest Services Team Members have a direct influence on the game day experience for our guests We are looking for positive people who enjoy working events and helping to ensure our guests are having a great time. Ideal candidates are attentive, proactive, possess strong interpersonal skills, and work well as part of a team. Anticipating guest needs and delivering service with a positive attitude are essential qualities for success in this role. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as greeters and ticket takers at home athletic events, including but not limited to football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball.
