Location North Yorkshire: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: You will be an experienced HR professional looking to grow into a more strategic role, with a strong foundation in both operations and employee relations: - Proven experience in an HR Advisor role within a fast-paced or corporate environment - Confident managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish - Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance admin and project work - Comfortable influencing and advising managers at different levels - Good working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice - Clear and professional communication skills - Proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement - CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable Company Information: Sofina Foods isn't just a food company - It’s a place to build your future.
