Description The Fairmont/Monticello Apartments consist of 139 units and is located in the fashionable Central West End, and surrounded by a wonderous assortment of shops and restaurants. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals with leasing experience. Working hours will be weekdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Hours may vary by 30 minutes depending on busy season, but no later than 6:00 p.m. normally. General responsibilities and duties are as follows: - Greets and welcomes all visitors, residents and prospective residents. - Answers telephone and email inquiries. - Frequently shops competition (at least monthly) to improve sales technique and gain awareness of market comparables. - Weekly outreach marketing to local businesses, preferred employers, etc. to establish and maintain positive relationships for referrals. - Responsible for compiling and maintaining database of market comparables. - Responsible for utilizing social media advertising - Responsible for daily data entry of all leads (phone calls, e-mails and visits) and marketing sources. - Responsible for conducting daily follow up with prospects. - Responsible for daily inspection of display...
