Overview Darkblade Systems, a CIS Secure company, has an opportunity for a Program Manager supporting a new program located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Responsibilities: Provide program oversight, to include staff, mission, and budget management. - Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities. - Interface with government presonnel. - Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards. - Manage logistics support analysis for military systems. - Manage systems safety studies. - Identify, acquire, and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives. TRAVEL: - This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday. - Limited or minimal travel expected. CLEARANCE: EDUCATION: - Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required. - Bachelors or Master's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred. - One of the following certifications required: Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PM Level III.
