This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: - Diagnose & repair complex mechanical malfunctions in pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical drive systems - Perform root-cause analysis on equipment failures to prevent recurrence rather than just replacing parts - Utilize precision measurement tools, calipers, micrometers & dial indicators to verify tolerances and equipment health - Execute scheduled pm work orders including lubrication, filter changes, belt tensioning, and sensor cleaning - Utilize predictive maintenance pdm tools such as thermal imaging and vibration sensors to identify early signs of component fatigue - Maintain accurate digital records within our cmms computerized maintenance management system to track machine history and parts usage - Rebuild an...
