Job description

Here’s what you’ll be doing: - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health and substance use needs. - Develop and implement individualized treatment and recovery plans that honor each client’s cultural background and values. - Provide individual, group, and family counseling using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. - Collaborate with traditional healers, elders, and community programs to ensure culturally aligned care. - Educate clients and families on co-occurring disorders, recovery, and relapse prevention strategies. - Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed. - Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with Tribal, state, and federal guidelines. - Participate in community outreach, education, and prevention events to promote behavioral health awareness and reduce stigma. - Engage in ongoing professional development, including cultural and clinical training opportunities. - Demonstrate respect for Tribal traditions, cultural practices, and community values in all aspects of service delivery. - Incorporate traditional healing and holistic wellness approaches alongside evidence-based treatment metho...
