Position Purpose: The FOSS Assistant Manager (AM) position plays a key role in the school leadership team in organizing and executing all tasks throughout the office, retail, and reception areas of the school, plus providing mentorship to the team. They manage the administrative functions such as scheduling, tracking revenue targets and transactions, developing direct reports, and ensuring the high quality of our Swim Path curriculum while ensuring optimal pool and facility standards.
