The candidate will support both Linux based workstations and servers in both physical and virtual environments. The candidate will perform daily systems checks and identify and resolve issues as they arise. The candidate must be able to understand and support standard network designs, configurations, and systems maintenance. Responsibilities also include software and hardware system installations, and troubleshooting of user reported issues. The candidate will be expected to understand industry standard deployments of typical open source and commercial software technologies.
