JOB SUMMARY: Job Profile Summary: Performs senior-level responsibilities supporting the corporate risk and insurance program. This role manages moderately complex claims, supports enterprise-wide risk identification and analysis, and assists in the development and administration of corporate risk and insurance program. The position works closely with legal counsel, brokers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective claims resolution, appropriate coverage, and effective risk transfer. Responsibilities may also include policy review and negotiation, risk reporting and analytics, development of risk management policies, and preparation of presentations for management, including senior leadership. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Claims Management: Manages moderately complex first- and third-party claims, including litigated claims, environmental claims, and large property subrogation claims.
