About UniUni UniUni is a late-stage last-mile logistics company moving millions of parcels across the United States and Canada for some of the largest e-commerce platforms in North America. Our technology is cloud-native on AWS, our corporate stack runs predominantly on Microsoft, and we hold an active ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type II attestation. This role reports to the Head of Platform and is based in North America (remote with periodic travel to UniUni hubs). About the role: This is a hands-on management role. You will lead a small team of 1 to 3 IT analysts and administrators, and you will also be in the queue. You will close tickets, build and ship laptops, configure Intune policies, and write runbooks alongside the people you manage. We are not looking for a manager who has stepped away from the keyboard. In scope: corporate users in North America, their devices, their identities, and the SaaS they use. - We are hiring an IT Manager to own corporate IT for UniUni's North America corporate users.
