The Team: Scotiabank’s Insights and Analytics group is responsible for prototyping, automating, and producing dashboards and analyses to monitor the risk posture of assets and applications that make up the Bank’s information systems. In addition, the group supports operational teams’ efforts to remediate assets and applications by understanding the data, data symptomology and operational procedures. The team produces dashboards under well-defined service level agreements with the stakeholders, striving to be a valuable business partner to operations. The Role: The Senior Manager will lead the operational team in ongoing steady state production, lead the sourcing and ingestion of subject matter expertise to understand the environment, and continually improve and evolve the programs as the bank, the tooling, the telemetry and the focus changes over time.
