Description Position Summary: The Inserter W+D In-House Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all W+D inserter systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and production efficiency. This position serves as the company’s primary internal expert for W+D inserter functionality and works closely with production leads, operators, and management to resolve equipment-related issues, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes managing parts inventory, coordinating vendor support when necessary, and ensuring all work meets safety and operational standards.
