Technician, Sr. Quality - Metrology Job Description: Perform listed quality assurance duties and responsibilities to provide support for manufacturing and engineering. Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform complex set-ups and inspections of castings, fixtures, machined parts, and tooling on a CMM - Create measuring programs for new parts and update the revision changes. - Complete layouts on new parts and revision changes. - Develop or assist in the development of inspection procedures and to ensure that required specifications are understood by all. - Enter and update qualification status of production parts. - Provide input into improving existing inspection procedure to save time, prevent production of defective product, or in any other way improve the quality level of product shipped. - Support the engine and product lines with prompt problem id...
