Senior Manager, T-7A Ground Based Training System Program Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the T-7A Ground Based Training System team in Berkeley, MO . In this role, the focus will be on successful execution of all activities across the T-7A Training Program – including the Ground Based Training Systems, Courseware, Training, and execution of the Initial Operational Test & Evaluation efforts at Randolph Air Force Base, TX. The selected leader will act with agency and urgency, bias toward action and a team-oriented approach to lead the Ground Based Training System IPT, Courseware team, and Contractor Logistics Support Site Operations team, and interface with various cross-functional stakeholders to drive program outcomes.
