Salary Range: $76,880 - $115,320: The Director of Development serves as a senior fundraising leader responsible for driving philanthropic revenue through a disciplined, relationship-centered approach to major giving. This role is designed for a fundraising leader who knows how to build trust and translate Cornerstones of Care’s mission into meaningful philanthropic opportunities. This includes managing a portfolio of major and leadership gift prospects, strengthening the donor pipeline, and creating intentional donor journeys from the stages of identification through stewardship. The Director will partner closely with executive leadership, board members, and key volunteers to advance a culture of philanthropy and secure significant philanthropic investment in Cornerstones of Care’s work.
