Location: Netherlands (Maastricht) Salary range: 105.000 - 140.000 EUR/base/y/gr Shape the insurance strategy of a global Essential Products business. As Global Head of Group Insurance – Essential Products Company, you will help protect the business from financial volatility through insurance and risk financing solutions, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Your key responsibilities: Define and lead the global insurance and risk financing strategy for the Essential Products Company. Advise Executive Committee and senior stakeholders on evolving risk exposures and risk appetite. Develop and deploy global insurance programs and alternative risk transfer solutions. Lead insurance aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. Chair and oversee the captive insurance structure. Manage broker, insurer, and regulator relationships. Lead and develop a global insurance and risk finance team. Financial metrics: Loss exposure across Property Damage / Business Interruption, Liability, Cyber, Environmental and Employment risks.
