Associate Dean of Nursing Associate Dean of Nursing Programs: The Associate Dean of the Nursing Programs is the Chief Nursing Administrator on the Denver campus who provides academic, administrative, and leadership to faculty, staff, and students at Denver College of Nursing (DCN). This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all aspects of prelicensure nursing education to ensure program quality, student success, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the mission, core values, and strategic priorities of DCN. All curriculum and academic policy development and implementation responsibilities are carried out in coordination with the Regional Dean of Nursing to ensure consistency and alignment across the Denver and Houston campuses. This position reports to the College President in coordination with the Regional Dean of Nursing and works collaboratively with campus leadership, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
