Registered Behavior Technician- Floater

Job description

Under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT Floater provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, clinic, community, and school settings. This role is unique in that the Floater position is designed to provide flexible coverage across multiple clients, staff absences, and service locations, ensuring continuity of care and consistent implementation of treatment plans. Duties and Responsibilities: - Work 1:1 with patients in the home, school, clinic, and community settings, with the ability to transition between cases and environments as needed. - Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity (under BCBA’s direction) and prepare program materials, addressing domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills. - Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software. - Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations. - Provide flexible case coverage when regular staff are absent or when new cases are initia...
