Description Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of plant facilities and support equipment at JX1 and JX2, to include: boilers, air compressors, tower water system, pneumatic conveying, presses, resin manufacturing equipment, chemical feed systems, and other equipment. Performs maintenance and repairs for primary production equipment and continuous improvement projects. The expected outcome is to maximize on-stream time for all production equipment and processes in the most cost effective and time efficient manner using JSP’s standard best practices and following all procedures, work instructions and ground rules Requirements: Describe its key responsibilities: Performs preventative maintenance (PM) tasks according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and the PM schedules. Recommends necessary changes to the PM schedule. Maintenance support of the all departments at JX1 and JX2 to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs while ensuring equipment remains operational and functions as intended.
