Workamper - Resort Maintenance Technician

Description As our Resort Maintenance Technician , you will perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of our Resorts while providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a Full-Time, Year-round position that may require flexible scheduling availability. Ideal candidate will have weekend availability. Workampers: - Must have your own RV - RV site is provided for $300.00/month + Tax - RV Sites provide full hookups with 30- or 50-amp electric for your comfort and convenience. Sites can accommodate from 25- Long to 50' Long. Job Requirements: - Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed - Complete routine maintenance and minor emergency electrical repairs, plumbing, sewage, construction, and street repair - Inspect the irrigation system regularly to ensure it is working properly and repair as necessary - Inspect playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure everything is in good condition and make minor repairs as needed - Ensure the resort is presentable and inviting at all times and that it adheres to Island's curb appeal standards - Regularly treat for weeds, weed whips...
