Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Nursing Care Coordinator - Pulmonary Medicine Shift Details: Full Time Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm Position Overview: As a Nursing Care Coordinator in the Nebraska Medicine Pulmonary Medicine Clinic, you’ll be part of a compassionate, expert team helping patients manage complex lung conditions and improve their quality of life. From asthma and COPD to lung cancer and cystic fibrosis, our clinic provides advanced diagnostics, innovative treatments, and comprehensive rehabilitation services to help patients breathe easier and live fuller lives. In this role, you’ll be a central connection between patients, providers, and multidisciplinary care teams — ensuring care plans are clear, coordinated, and customized.
