Description POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for the mechanical operation, maintenance, and performance of Draw-Redraw (DRD) food can manufacturing equipment across multiple facilities. Provides hands-on support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for DRD production lines to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and product quality. This role acts as a shared mechanical resource supporting operations in the United States and Mexico, with travel up to approximately 30%. The Senior Draw Press Mechanic partners closely with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and operators to resolve complex equipment issues, implement best practices, and ensure optimal machine performance. This position is highly autonomous and suited for a senior-level, hands-on mechanical expert with extensive DRD draw press experience.
