Job description

As a Staff Engineer you will utilize your experience leading development initiatives utilizing CI/CD and distributed teams; strong .NET, SQL, C# and web services skills combined with agile development expertise, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of security standards. Job Functions: - Recommend solution options and provide technical recommendations based on business complexities and objectives. - Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to their growth. - Participate in technical design meetings and review business requirements. - Develop and unit test software solutions following the software development lifecycle. - Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams. - Define technical deliverables and ensure detailed documentation, support knowledge transfer, and configuration processes. - Contribute to the overall design, configuration, and deployment documentation. - Conduct research and provide viable technical alternatives. - Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and company guidelines. - Work with offshore development teams, if applicable. - Conduct code reviews as requir...
