About the Role Working in consultation with the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor will provide hands-on, pragmatic people advisory support to leaders and employees across the business. This is a consultative, delivery focused role. Responsibilities: Manager Advisory & Employee Relations: - Act as the first escalation point from HR Operations within the region for day to day people queries requiring interpretation, judgement, or case management across the employee lifecycle. - In consultation with the HR Business Partner, provide end to end support on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, and grievance cases. - Support managers with performance management matters, including underperformance and improvement plans Employee Lifecycle Support: - Support onboarding, probation reviews, role changes, and internal movements - Partner with managers on effective offboarding practices - Conduct and analyse exit interviews, identifying insights and themes for the region Policy, Compliance & Governance: - Provide clear, practical interpretation of HR policies and Australian employment legislation to the business. - Ensure consistent application of HR pol...
