Job description

Lampton-Love seeks a full-time Cargas Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our core operating platform. This role is responsible for the technical health of the system, vetting new enhancements, and ensuring operational alignment through training and support. The administrator acts as the primary liaison between business units, implementation teams, and Corporate IT. Job Duties and Responsibilities: System Administration & Vetting: - Evaluate New Functionality: Vet new Cargas modules, third-party applications, and system integrations to determine operational viability and technical fit. - Corporate IT Liaison: Work directly with Corporate IT to ensure system configurations, security protocols, and hardware requirements align with enterprise standards. - Support: Provide ongoing technical support for system users, identifying and resolving functional issues within the software.
