RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE: - Support procurement change initiatives across process, policy, and technology transformations - Design, develop, and maintain training materials including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning content for Procurement and wider business functional end users. - Plan and coordinate training delivery, including scheduling, facilitation, and follow-up support. - Develop and execute change communications to support awareness, understanding, and adoption - Engage with procurement, technology, and business stakeholders to understand impacts and training needs - Support readiness assessments, stakeholder feedback, and adoption tracking - Monitor training effectiveness and adoption metrics; identify and implement improvements - Maintain training documentation and knowledge repositories to support ongoing capability building SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY: - Experience in change management, training, or transformation roles within a matrixed organisation. - Understanding of change management frameworks and adult learning principles - Ability to translate complex process...
