The Armed School Officer will serve as a security enforcement officer, educator, and mentor within the assigned school environment. The Armed School Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the school’s students, staff, and overall property, while fostering positive relationships and promoting a safe and supportive learning environment. Position Requirements: · Greet students, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally. Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed. · Work closely with school administration, teachers, counselors, and local law enforcement to address safety and security concerns. · Control entrances and movement of pedestrian and vehicle traffic. · Monitor and control access to the school building.
