Job Overview Performs professional architectural duties requiring licensure by the Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design, related to all phases of major real estate/facility programs. May also involve managerial, supervisory and administrative duties. Ideal Candidate: Performs professional architectural duties requiring licensure by the Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design, related to all phases of capital projects for facilities/parks/recreation. Manages a wide range of complex facility capital projects and programs in the Parks and Recreation Department and other non-capital projects up to and exceeding $20 million in value. May also involve managerial, supervisory, and administrative duties.
