Position Overview Diligent is hiring a Director of Partnerships & Alliances, EMEA to lead the strategy, development, and execution of its regional partner ecosystem. This role is focused on building a high-impact alliances function with a strong emphasis on GSI, consulting partners, and strategic alliances, while establishing a scalable and disciplined co-sell model across the region. The position combines strategic ownership and operational execution, requiring a leader who can define direction, activate partnerships, and drive measurable commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will lead a regional team and work cross-functionally to ensure partnerships are fully integrated into Diligent’s GTM approach.
