Summary: The HV Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing high‑voltage electrical projects, with a primary focus on substation and transmission‑related work. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and PGS quality requirements. The HV Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and the client to achieve successful project outcomes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and execute high‑voltage electrical projects, including substation construction, upgrades, and transmission‑related scopes, from project award through closeout. - Manage client and project expectations through proactive communication, issue resolution, and alignment on scope, schedule, and commercial objectives. - Ensure all project activities are performed in compliance with OSHA, NFPA, applicable state and local codes, and PGS safety policies and procedures. - Develop and manage Project Execution Plan (PEP), project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved fina...
