About the Role Based at Smithfield, this role supports Visy Board NSW across our Smithfield and Warwick Farm sites, combining customer account support with sales administration responsibilities. You’ll assist in managing a portfolio of SME customers while supporting the external sales team to deliver strong commercial outcomes and high levels of customer service. You’ll act as a key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate data, timely processing of orders and quotes, and smooth coordination across production, design and customer service. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
