THE JOB: The Retail Product Development Manager will communicate and execute retail product development strategies and initiatives for achieving sales and financial objectives in support of property and corporate retail financial goals. This position will be responsible for evaluating industry trends alongside property specific needs when developing new products and refining existing products. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices and procedures.
