Description Responsible for managing high-volume reservation and manufactured home sales inquiries, nurturing leads, coordinating home showings, and supporting the Marketing & Sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact through closing. Delivers exceptional customer service, maintains accurate records, supports administrative operations, and consistently models the organization’s purpose, values, and standards.
