Visitors Center Attendant / Kiosk Clerk Unicoi State Park & Lodge – Helen, GA Unicoi State Park & Lodge is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Visitors Center Attendant/Kiosk Clerk. Under the direct supervision of the Park Manager, this position provides guest information and support, monitors visitor activity, and collects fees while ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all park guests. Position Summary: This role is responsible for greeting guests, answering questions about park and lodge services, assisting with reservations, maintaining guest accounts, and processing payments. The attendant supports both the Visitors Center and outdoor kiosks and plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Essential Duties: Greet arriving guests and provide a warm, professional first impression. Answer inquiries related to park services, guest registration, activities, dining, shopping, entertainment, and travel directions. Make, modify, and confirm guest reservations.
