The pay for this position is $24.50-$27.5991 per hour. 3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage! Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay! 9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time Position Purpose: Ensures coordination and delivery of services to a designated program. Provides leadership to and supervision of direct service staff and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the program and provision of care to residents. Assists in the establishment and monitoring of services to residents and implementation of the residents’ Individual Care Plans and Residential Care Plans. Assures compliance with federal, state and local guidelines pertaining to house operation. Manages shift operations of the designated program and services to residents.
