We’re a global video and lighting service provider delivering world class solutions for exhibitions, concerts, touring, conferences, theatre, TV, film and retail. We’re seeking a Rigging Prep Lead to join our UK warehouse team and take responsibility for the leadership., organisation, and technical management of the rigging prep function. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership to ensure all rigging and lifting equipment is prepared, maintained, and compliant to the highest standards. The Rigging Prep Lead is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the rigging department, ensuring equipment is safe, compliant and ready for use across live event projects, while supporting and developing the team and maintaining operational efficiency. The role will initially involve travel to our Blackburn premises, as our warehouse is relocating. From the end of June onwards the role will be based in Hertford. Travel costs associated with this transition will be covered by the company.
