Role Summary/Purpose: The VP, Remediation Analytics & Standards is responsible for leading an enterprise-wide analytics team of data analysts, data engineers, and technical experts. This role oversees standardization and quality assurance of coding and analytic processes, ensures all code is accurate and ready for certification, and advances automation to drive efficiency and consistency. The leader establishes and monitors KPIs/KRIs for analytics performance, partners closely with Validation and Process Optimization teams to address process gaps, and delivers reliable and transparent analytical insights in support of Synchrony’s consumer remediation and issue resolution efforts. Essential Responsibilities: Lead an Analytics Team of 50 plus individuals. Partner closely with remediation coordinators and subject matter experts to deeply understand remediation issues, identify impacted consumer populations, and ensure all instances of consumer harm are identified in accordance with applicable guidelines.
