Job Description: - Excellent benefits including salary packaging - Challenging and rewarding work environment - Three years fixed-term, part-time, one day per week About the Role: You are responsible for coordinating and supporting the care of adults with complex neuromuscular conditions, including Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophy, within a multidisciplinary specialist service. You will provide expert clinical support, facilitate transition from paediatric to adult care, and contribute to the development of an innovative neuromuscular CNC model of care across Australian centres. Classifications for this position will range from ZA7 to ZA8 ($129,048 - $132,116 per annum, pro rata). - Coordinate care for adults with neuromuscular conditions, including Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophy. - Support patients transitioning from paediatric to adult neuromuscular services. - Provide clinical advice, education and support to patients, families and multidisciplinary staff. - Participate in multidisciplinary clinics, care planning and service development activities. - Contribute to research, quality improvement and development of a neuromuscular CNC model of care.
