We are currently looking for an experienced HSEQ & Training Administrator to join our Team at Telfer on an 8 days on 6 days off roste r, flying in and out of Perth. About the Role: - Provide administrative support to the Safety Team, including data entry in InControl and CHESS, monitoring and closing out hazards and actions, maintaining lead and lag indicators, and assisting with investigations, ICAMs and monthly reporting. - Support the Training Team by managing employee training records, auditing compliance documentation, and coordinating new starter mobilisation, inductions and training bookings. - Monitor and record short‑ and long‑term absences in the daily leave register. - Review sick leave forms and conduct due diligence checks. - Maintain accurate employee safety,...
