We are looking for a results-driven ‘Field Sales Executive’ to achieve sales targets, enhance execution quality, and buildstrong customer relationships. This position will be located in Erzincan. What We Expect: - Realizing monthly volume & revenue targets - Following up and managing the her\his team to increase the penetration of CCI products - Developing and increasing sales of current distributors in specified region to achieve company targets - Supporting her\his the team to develop their skills and competencies - Visiting specified customers in his/her region/channel regularly - Creating strong and sustainable customer relationships - Identifying the field execution opportunities and convince the customers to implement them - Providing all the necessary sales execution, and customer management actions to realize business targets to allcustomers by managing distributors Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics or Industrial-Management Engineering is a plus - Minimum 2 years of experience at FMCG sector (Food/Beverage industry experience preferred) - Good command of the Englis...
