Job Description: YOUR MISSION: As a Supply Excellence Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational metrics and supply status of all cities in Romania, reporting to the Head of Operations. The couriers are a key player in Glovo’s marketplace, and you will need to ensure the long-term sustainability of the fleet, as well as its daily performance. THE JOURNEY: - Analyze daily and weekly operational metrics with a macro view for the long-term success of all cities in the country - Optimise the courier earnings structure in 60+ cities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis - Develop long and short term cost structure strategies in order to ensure the best UX to the customers - Ensure Glovo is the number one app of choice among couriers - Lead country wide projects to increase efficiency, reduc...
