We’re on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on Solution Analysis & Design Manager, who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead the delivery of high-quality solution analysis and project-level solution architecture across enterprise-wide digital and technology initiatives. Operating within our Digital & Technology (D&T) Transformation function, this role is responsible for ensuring solution designs are aligned with Enterprise Architecture principles, governance standards and UnitingCare’s 2030 Strategy. This role will lead and guide project and program analysis and design resources (including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, technical leads and vendors), ensuring design standards, guardrails and assurance processes are consistently applied to deliver sustainable, customer-centric technology outcomes.
