Role Summary Free People Movement is seeking an Associate Designer to support for design and development of private label apparel within our To/From category. This role is integral to bringing product from concept through execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, fashion-forward designs. FP Movement's To/From category takes our customer from the studio to the street, encompassing elevated and fashion forward heavy knits, fleeces, and statement third pieces. We’re looking for a designer with a strong fashion point of view who understands how to balance performance, comfort, and style while translating trends into new and compelling product. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate in the design, development, and execution of own-brand product for the Free People Movement To/From category, ensuring designs align with the brand’s elevated, fashion-forward and unique point of view. Partner cross-functionally with Design, Buying, Technical Design, and Production to support the seasonal development calendar and deliver product on time and to aesthetic intent.
